Sir Rodolfo “Rudy” W. Toledo took his oath of office as Coordinator of the National Chess Federation of the Philippines for Negros Island Region (NCFP-NIR) ministered by Congressman Prospero “Butch” A. Pichay Jr., Chairman and President of NCFP, with Grandmaster Jayson O. Gonzalez, Chief Executive Officer of NCFP.
