Two out of numerous festivals in the province of Negros Occidental were showcased during the recently concluded 11th PAMET Visayas Regional Conference at the SMX Convention Center in Bacolod City which was attended by more than 400 medical technologists from all over the country. The Lilas Pandan Festival of the Municipality of Calatrava and Himaya Festival of Himamaylan City amazed the audiences with their performances during the opening ceremonies of the conference which was broadcast live as part of promoting these local festivals to the whole country.* (Andrew Altarejos photos)
