Parkville by SMDC Thru Pag-IBIG

The Pag-IBIG Fund and SM Development Corp. (SMDC) signed Tuesday a memorandum of understanding that broadens the range of SMDC homes that qualified members can purchase through Pag-IBIG Housing Loans.

Under the agreement, qualified borrowers can receive preferential pricing on selected units in participating SMDC projects alongside educational programs detailing housing options and financing requirements.

This includes Parkville by SMDC, a 52.8-hectare community located along Burgos Avenue at the former Sta. Fe Resort in Brgys. Granada and Vista Alegre in Bacolod City.*
