Talisay City’s Minulu-an Festival 2026 Opening Salvo Today

The 27th Minulu-an Festival 2026 of fast-growing Talisay City in Negros Occidental shifts to high gear with more opening salvo events today, Sunday, Sept. 6.

The Festival Caravan from Trafalgar Square to the Public Plaza will start at 4 PM.

The G22 Opening Salvo, a show by PPop’s Female Alphas will fill up the city plaza in the evening.

Drum Beating Competition will also take over the Talisay City Public Plaza all through the night.

Talisay Mayor Weng Lizares is inviting everyone to join the festivities as the year’s festival is expected to become “one for the history books.”*
