Female HVI Arrested in Bacolod with PhP714K Worth of ‘Shabu’

The Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) arrested a High-Value Individual and seized about 105 grams of suspected shabu with a Standard Drug Price of PhP 714,000.00 during a buy-bust operation at Purok Lampirong, Barangay 2, Bacolod City, at about 3:43 AM on June 28, 2026.

The suspect was identified as alias “Ren,” 29 years old, female, single, unemployed, and a resident of Purok Lampirong, Barangay 2, Bacolod City.

CDEU, BCPO conducted monitoring and validation operations after an information was received that the suspect was allegedly engaged in the sale of illegal drugs in Purok Lampirong, Barangay 2, Bacolod City. The operation confirmed that the suspect was reportedly serving as both a pusher and keeper of illegal drugs. A buy-bust operation was subsequently carried out after the suspect agreed to sell suspected shabu to a poseur-buyer through the assistance of a confidential informant, which led to the suspect’s arrest.

Recovered during the operation were:
1. One (1) sachet of suspected shabu (buy-bust item);
2. Two (2) sachets of suspected (possession); ‎ ‎
3. Two (2) knot-tied transparent plastic bags of suspected shabu (possession);
4. One (1) One Thousand peso bill (buy-bust money); and
5. Other Non- Drug items.

The confiscated evidence was properly marked and inventoried in the presence of the suspect and the witnesses. The suspect was informed of her constitutional rights and is currently under the custody of Police Station 2 for the filing of appropriate charges for violations of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165.
