SAN CARLOS CITY, Negros Occidental — Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints gathered Saturday for the San Carlos Philippines District Conference, a significant spiritual event that united members from across the district in worship, gospel instruction, and fellowship.

The conference was presided over by Elder Zapanta, Area Seventy, who served as the visiting authority. He was joined by President and Sister Reyes of the Philippines Dumaguete Mission, as well as President Edem, President of the San Carlos Philippines District, and his counselors. Church leaders shared inspiring messages centered on faith in Jesus Christ, discipleship, and continued commitment to living the restored gospel.

Adding to the reverent atmosphere, the San Carlos Philippines District Choir provided the sacred music under the direction of Sister Jane Helen Mamar, with Brother Alexander Magno Romero serving as accompanist. Through uplifting hymns and musical selections, the choir enriched the worship experience and reinforced the conference’s spiritual messages.

The district conference concluded with members expressing gratitude for the inspired counsel received from Church leaders. The gathering strengthened testimonies, fostered unity among the Saints, and encouraged all in attendance to continue following Jesus Christ with greater faith, love, and dedication.*
