FORECAST: Western Visayas including Negros Occidental and Bacolod City will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds coming from the Northeast will prevail over Negros Island and the coastal waters are slight to moderate an average height of 0.6 to 2.5 m.
