GEARING FOR CONGESTION. Stalls at the “bagsakan” at South (Libertad) Public Market in Bacolod are being prepared as early as 3 o’clock this afternoon, as stallowners and vendors of fruits, vegetables, root crops and other farm products expect a big crowd in anticipation of the lock down tomorrow, Sunday. Libertad, Central, and North (Burgos) public markets will be closed for disinfection again tomorrow, while all quarantine passes are not valid during Sundays.
