Councilor Sayson donates to STAI-Youth bowlers

The Sugarbowl Tenpin Association, Inc.-Youth received P30,000 for its sports equipment needed for their training.

The donation came from Bacolod City Councilor Thaddy Sayson, who personally turned it over during the D7 Valentine’s Duo Tournament on Sunday, February 19 at Lopues East Bowling Center.

In his speech, Councilor Sayson encouraged the youth to excel in the sport, and at the same time urged them to bring pride by representing Bacolod City in local, national, and international tournaments.

He said that he will continue his support to encourage more youth bowlers in the city.

Sayson also opened the advance masters event of the D7 Valentine’s Duo by rolling the ball along side with the youth bowlers.* (Andrea Alvizo)
