Ceneco conducting massive disconnection
This is to remind our member-consumer-owners (MCOs) to settle accounts and pay monthly bills promptly to avoid disconnection of electricity service.
To avoid long queues, payment may be done (ON OR BEFORE THE DUE DATE) through GCash, other available online payment methods (RCBC Online Banking, BDO Online Banking and UnionBank Online) or ALVIO.
For disconnected accounts, reconnection fees are only accepted at CENECO offices; collecting agents are not authorized to process reconnection.* (CNECI)
