BACEO warns public vs. investing in Silverlion Livestock Trading

The Securities and Exchange Commission – Bacolod Extension Office (BACEO) is warning the public against investing in SILVERLION LIVESTOCK TRADING CORP./SILVERLION LIVESTOCK TRADING.

“The said entity is selling/offering securities to the public with guaranteed earnings of 35% in just 15 days, or 2.3% daily. Further, it offers a special package to investors who park their investment of P400,000.00 within a period of 60 days, with a Ford Raptor or any car of his/her choice fully paid by the corporation,” SEC BACEO said in a statement.

“SILVERLION LIVESTOCK TRADING CORP. is a corporation duly registered with the Commission with a principal address located in Zamboanga City. A Cease and Desist Order was promulgated by the Commission Dated Nov. 17, 2022 directing it to immediately cease and desist from further engaging in the sale and/or offer of securities in the form of investment contracts, as it does not have the license to solicit, accept or take investments, and the securities that it is selling/offering are not registered with the SEC,” it added.

The SEC BACEO statement urther added: “SILVERLION LIVESTOCK TRADING, on the other hand, is an entity that is not registered with the Commission. It is to be noted also that one of the incorporators of SILVERLION LIVESTOCK TRADING CORP., MR. RYAN CAGOD LADOING, is one of the incorporators of the RGS WORLD MARKETING CORP. which later on became a subject of a Cease and Desist Order issued by the Commission last March, 2022. SILVERLION LIVESTOCK TRADING CORP. operates and employs the same modus operandi with the RGS WORLD MARKETING CORP. where both companies sell frozen goods and collects investments from the public with promise of a very high return of investment. RGS WORLD MARKETING CORP. amassed millions of pesos from investors in Negros Island and the neighboring provinces and disappeared into thin air.”

It also added: “The public is hereby advised to be vigilant and practice caution in dealing with the abovementioned entities, and other entities with similar offers.
