SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression “AGATON” [MEGI] was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Marabut, Samar with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 60 km/h. It is almost stationary.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast to Northwest will prevail over Negros Island and the coastal waters are moderate to rough seas with an average height of 1.2 to 3.4 m.
