‘CENECO ReSCUEs families in need’

The CENECO Responsible Supervisory and Confidential Union of Employees (ReSCUE), in partnership with volunteer organizations in Negros Occidental conducted a relief operation in the town of Ilog last December 23, 2021.

ReSCUE, through a donation drive, has generated an amount enough to provide relief packages for 48 families residing in Brgy. Vista Alegre, Ilog. Aside from these packages, a total of 25 containers of drinking water were also distributed in the mentioned barangay as well as in Brgy. 1 of the same town.

In addition, 10 water filters were donated from the ReSCUE funds at Bais, Negros Oriental on December 26, 2021 through the Negrosanon Young Leaders Institute, Inc. (NYLI) and UPV Negrense.

This corporate social responsibility program aims to assist residents in the area who were badly hit by Typhoon Odette.* (CENECO)
