FORECAST: Western Visayas including Negros Occidental and Bacolod City will have Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms. Light to moderate to strong winds coming from the Northeast to East will prevail over Negros island and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate with estimated wave height at 0.6 to 2.5 meters.
