Negros Occidental Governor Bong Lacson lauded Andrei “Bonbon” Cerbo, an employee assigned at the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA), for a job well done in field operations.

Bonbon, 37 years old, is dedicated to his job and loves to be of service to the people, especially to the farmers.

He was with Gov. Lacson, also with La Castellana Mayor Rhumyla “Mhai-mhai” Nicor-Mangilimutan during the turn over of irrigation projects, farm machineries and equipment spearheaded by the OPA in the Municipality of La Castellana, Tuesday.* (Capitol PIO)
