CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTION ON OCTOBER 6

Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on October 6, Wednesday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:

Date: October 6, 2021 – Wednesday

Reasons:
• Rehabilitation of secondary line:
1) Rerouting of secondary line for safety
2) Replacement of three 30ft. open secondary steel poles with its accessories
3) Erection of two 30ft. steel poles with its accessories for rerouting
4) Reconductoring of bare secondary line in protection from illegal tapping in the area;
• Replacement of one 35ft. rotten primary pole with its accessories, and transfering of five kWh meters

Time: 9am to 3pm

Areas Affected: HF1 (portion only) Prk. Kawayanan, Brgy. Taloc, Bago City
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
