SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 55 km Northwest of Baguio City, Benguet (16.8°N, 120.3°E). Easterlies affecting the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao.

FORECAST: Western Visayas including Negros Occidental and Bacolod City will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due Easterlies / Localized Thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds coming from the East to Northeast will prevail over Negros Island and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate with an average wave height of 0.6 to 2.5 m.
