At 2PM today, SEC Bacolod will conduct webimar on Latest Corporate Updates and Innovations

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) – Bacolod Extension Office, in partnership with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) -Negros Occidental Chapter, Metro Bacolod Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MBCCI), Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI)-Visayas, and the City of Bacolod will conduct a webinar of latest corporate updates and innovations, scheduled today August 11, 2021 at 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm via Zoom.

The topics to be discussed during the webinar are: Memorandum Circular No. 28 series of 2020, Online Submission Tool (OST) including the common problems encountered therein, SEC Electronic Simplified Processing of Application for Registration of Company (SEC-eSPARC), Petition to Lift the Order of Revocation/Suspension Petition for Revival of Expired Corporations, and Petition for Correction, and Pertinent Laws relevant to Lending and Financing companies.
