FORECAST: Western Visayas including Negros Occidental and Bacolod City will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon.Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Southwest will prevail over Negros Island and the coastal waters are moderate to rough with an average height of 1.2 to 4.0 m.
