FORECAST: Western Visayas including Negros Occidental and Bacolod City will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Moderate to strong winds coming from the Southwest will prevail over Negros Island and the coastal waters will be moderate to strong seas with estimated wave height at 1.2 to 4.0 m.
