The countdown to the MassKara Festival 2025 Grand Opening heats up as organizers officially announce REPAKOL BAND as the main headliner at the Bacolod Public Plaza on October 1, 2025.

Known for their dynamic performances and crowd-pumping music, REPAKOL is set to bring electrifying energy to the heart of the city, ensuring that the Grand Opening kicks off with an unforgettable celebration.

“This is just the beginning,” said Festival Director Rodney Mitz Ascalon. “MassKara has always been about giving our people world-class entertainment that reflects the joy and energy of Bacolod. Having REPAKOL at the Plaza and Silent Sanctuary at the Government Center truly makes this a dual celebration to remember.”

In a first-of-its-kind move, the Dual Venue Grand Launch will feature simultaneous festivities:

• Bacolod Public Plaza — REPAKOL will headline with their high-energy rock set.

• Bacolod City Government Center Grounds — Silent Sanctuary will serenade the crowd with their signature soulful music.

But the surprises don’t stop there. Festival organizers revealed that another major band will be announced this Sunday to complete the powerhouse line-up for the Grand Opening.

The reveal is expected to draw even more excitement as Bacolod prepares for one of its biggest festival launches in history.
