Linis Estero Program at Mambuloc Creek held

The Bacolod City Water District (BACIWA) continues to join and support various groups in clearing and cleaning waterways.

Last month, BACIWA joined volunteers of Barangay 12 for a Linis Estero activity at Mambuloc Creek. It was an inspiring scene, seeing everyone working side by side to keep the waterway clean and the community safe.

“As a small way of saying thank you, the volunteers received tokens of appreciation after the activity. The effort was part of BACIWA’s Corporate Social Responsibility program and our commitment to keeping our waterways and communities clean,” BACIWA said in a statement.*
