BCPL Oathtaking of FBCL Officers, Digital Arts Exhibit Set

The Bacolod City Public Library that offers free Basic Computer Training (BCT), and now on its 24th batch, will be holding its Culmination Ceremony and First Digital Arts Exhibit on August 20, 2025 at the lobby of the Bacolod City Government Center with Councilor Wilson Gamboa, Jr as culminating officer who will officiate the oath taking of Friends of Bacolod City Library (FBCPL) new officers for 2025-2026.
