BACIWA Shares Insights on Water Security

The Bacolod City Water District (BACIWA) is honored to receive a Certificate of Appreciation from Catholic Relief Services (CRS) and Coca-Cola Foundation Philippines for its role as a resource speaker in the Water Security Plan & Payment for Ecosystem Services: Learning Exchange Visit of IWARI Stakeholders in Negros Occidental.

In a statement in its social media post, BACIWA said it was represented by Engr. Michael Soliva who shared his knowledge and experiences on BACIWA Watershed & Production Assessment Charge (PAC).
