RCB turns over 3-classroom building at LES Guihulngan in NegrosOr

Rotary International D-3850 Past District Governor Edgar Sy and Lindon See Diet, Hope President Michelle Medrano, Past President & Club Secretary Frederick Anthony de Leon, Incoming President Marjorie Dino, Past President & Club Director Pauline Cuaycong, Immediate Past President Franklin Andre Familiaran and Rotarian Spouse Tanya, Asst. Treasurer Aileen Palma, Rotarians Jet Pili and Ray Alayon, Club Secretariat formally turned over on January 13, 2024 this special project, the Laos Elementary School (LES) 3-Classroom Building to the people of Brgy. Binobohan, Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental.

Gracing the event was Congresswoman Jocelyn Sy Limkaichong of the 1st District of Negros Oriental, Guihulngan Vice Mayor Ana Eunica Beatriz Reyes, and Fr. Raymand Asoy who assisted in the ribbon cutting with PDG Edgar Sy, PDG Lyndonn See Diet and representatives from the Negros Oriental DEPED.

Also present were City Administrator Gino Mijares and members of the Sangguniang Bayan of the City of Guihulngan, Brgy Capt. Elmer Catong, Brgy. Kagawads, Brgy. Health Workers and parents of Brgy. Binobohan, Mr. and Mrs. John Oliver Sy, O’Hotel staffs, and lastly Ms Amy Rose Carbero.

In grateful acknowledgement to benefactors led by PDG Johnny Gaw Yu, Rotarian Veronica Yu of District 3780, Arch. Jonathan O. Gan, Brgy. Captain Elmer Catong and friend of Rotary Club of Bacolod (RCB).
