Vice Gov. Ferrer’s return to 4th district in 2025 ‘a family decision’
The decision of Vice Governor Jeffrey Ferrer to return to the 4th district of Negros Occidental in 2025 is “a family decision”, Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson said today.
Lacson said that the decision of Ferrer is a “decision that his family has decided.”
“They feel that if he is in Congress he can help more people especially in the 4th district,” the Negros Occidental governor pointed out.
He added that the decision whom to field for vice governor is with the United Negros Alliance (UNegA).
He said that he can work with anyone.
“All these political developments especially with UNegA just manifest how strong the coalition is,” the governor pointed out.
“I am happy with the continued support of UNegA to this administration. We will continue to work together,” Lacson said.* (EYA)
