San Carlos Philippines District Conference Concluded With Inspired Messages and Sacred Music
The Sunday Session of the San Carlos Philippines District Conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints concluded today with inspiring messages from priesthood leaders and uplifting sacred music that strengthened the faith of members in attendance.
District President President Andy Edem, together with his counselors, delivered powerful addresses centered on discipleship, unity, and continued devotion to the teachings of Jesus Christ. Members expressed gratitude for the spiritual guidance shared throughout the conference.
Special messages were also given by President Reyes, Mission President of the Dumaguete Philippines Mission, accompanied by Sister Reyes. Their remarks encouraged members to remain steadfast in missionary work, personal conversion, and Christlike service.
The musical numbers during the session were rendered by the San Carlos Philippines District Choir, under the direction of Sister Jane Helen Mamar. The choir was accompanied by Prof. Alexander Magno Romero on the piano, with guest violinist Maestro Harry Gustilo, adding a reverent and inspiring atmosphere to the gathering.
Throughout the conference, participants reflected on the teachings of modern prophets and apostles and renewed their commitment to follow the Savior Jesus Christ. The spirit of unity and worship was evident as members left the session strengthened and spiritually uplifted.* (AMR)
