The company also confirmed that 24/7 customer hotlines will remain open. While the Customer Service office is operational, consumers are encouraged to reach out through Negros Power’s official social media pages, which have a dedicated team ready to respond to inquiries and outage reports.
Key Accounts and Community Relations (ComRel) teams are likewise coordinating with local government units and critical facilities to ensure continuous service and fast response when needed.
Engr. Bernard Bailey Del Castillo, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technical Officer of Negros Power, emphasized that the company’s priority is public safety and service reliability during the typhoon.
“All our contingency resources are now activated. We have pre-positioned our teams, vehicles, and materials in key locations to ensure quick response and faster restoration once conditions permit,” said Engr. Del Castillo. “Our priority is the safety of our personnel and the public while ensuring that critical facilities like hospitals and emergency services remain energized.”
