City lauds Victorias PNP for HVI arrest

The City of Victorias extended its “heartfelt congratulations” to the Victorias City Police Station, headed by PLTCOL TERENCE PAUL STA. ANA, for the successful arrest of alias Dexter, a High-Valued Individual (HVI) suspect for violations of Sections 5, 11, and 15 of Republic Act No. 9165.

“This significant accomplishment, formally recognized on April 21 at Camp Alfredo M. Montelibano Sr. in Barangay Estefania, Bacolod City, stands as a testament to the dedication, vigilance, and commitment of the Victorias police force in upholding the law and safeguarding the community against illegal drugs,” the city said in a statement.
