With the theme “KARI NA sa Technology Convention 2025! Kindling Advanced Research and Innovation for the Next-Gen Arena,” the convention will spotlight groundbreaking research and sustainable innovations driving the future of technology.

• TechTalks on Sustainable Technology: Engage with experts in renewable energy, green manufacturing, smart citie, and sustainable agriculture. • TUPV Robotics Competition (TRC) – Negros Island Regional (NIR): Witness student teams program and build robots designed to tackle sustainability challenges. In partnership with NOLITC and the Mechatronics and Robotics Society of the Philippines (MRSP), this exciting competition will highlight the intersection of technology and problem-solving.

• Dr. Jose Francisco “Kiko” Benitez, Ph.D., TESDA Secretary: A renowned educator and public servant, Dr. Benitez is the principal author of the Blue Economy Act and a key advocate for sustainable development, harnessing the potential of marine resources for economic growth while ensuring environmental protection.
• Engr. Rowen R. Gelonga, CESO II, Regional Director, DOST-VI: A seasoned leader in science and technology, Engr. Gelonga oversees regional initiatives to drive innovation and create practical solutions to challenges faced by local communities. He will share how DOST is fostering science and technology for sustainable development.
