KADALAG-AN FESTIVAL KICKS OFF

The 27th Kadalag-an Festival of Victorias City is set to kick off with a grand Civic Military Parade led by Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez, alongside city and barangay officials, men in uniform, and representatives from various community and civil society organizations. Happening on Thursday, March 19 at 8 a.m. at the Victorias Public Plaza, the parade will highlight another year of achievements, progress, and unity for Victorias.* (VCIO)
