With just days before the official introduction of the Miss Universe Philippines 2025 contestants, Miss Universe Philippines Bacolod, Louise Lian Enumerable Bobe, embraces her journey with a campaign that highlights the rich stories and iconic locations of Bacolod City—showcasing not just beauty, but the strength and resilience of its people.

In a stunning pre-pageant shoot, Bobe visited the historic Mansion De Bacolod, a grand 80-year-old manor that once welcomed Philippine Presidents, government leaders, and the Roman Catholic Church. More than just a structure, this mansion holds the legacy of Gloria Esteban, the first and only female Vice Governor of Negros Occidental—an enduring symbol of women’s leadership, grace, and perseverance in the province.

“Bacolod has always been known as the City of Smiles, but there’s so much more to our story,” Bobe shared. “This campaign is about honoring the places and people who have shaped our identity. The Mansion De Bacolod is just the first of many locations we will highlight—each one representing our strength, history, and culture.”

As Bacolod’s Queen Mother, Bobe carries this legacy with her—stepping onto the national stage not just as a contender, but as a mother, survivor, and wife. Her campaign will weave together the untold stories of Bacolod, featuring places and narratives that reflect the city’s identity and unwavering spirit.
