Turnover of Asenso Yuhum Housing units set for Saturday, Jan. 25
BACOLOD CITY – Mayor Albee Benitez, along with Bacolod Housing Authority Head Victoria Parreñas, met with Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) VI Regional Director Eva Marfil and Pag-IBIG representative Kenneth Macoy to finalize the details for the turnover of Asenso Yuhum Housing Units under the 4PH program, an initiative of President Bongbong Marcos’ administration.
The first building of the housing project, consisting of 64 units, is scheduled for turnover this Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Yuhum Housing in Arao, Barangay Vista Alegre.
During the meeting, Pag-IBIG presented a sample amortization plan for a 24-square-meter unit, which amounts to only ₱2,194.84 per month under the graduated amortization scheme, with a maximum repayment term of 30 years.
The sample computation belongs to one of beneficiaries. Not all payments are the same, amount is dependent on the age of the client. ]
