La Salle XI grabs Division Champion crown

The District 8 of Bacolod City Division athletic meet, represented by University of St. La Salle Bacolod, out class District 7- Sum-ag ES, with a scoreline of 8-0 during the finals last January 8, 2025 at Bacolod City National High School, securing the Provincial Athletic meet Elementary Football spot.

“The all La Salle players, training program, has manifested its excellent result…on towards higher meet,” said USLS Head Coach John Moreno, AFC B License & AFC Level 1 Goal Keeper License.

Opening goal was created from the right flank finish of by Xavi Alfonso B. Aguilar followed Karl Nickolai Lopez and Chlyde R. Miraflores right from the middle of the park. On the second half Chlyde R. Miraflores finish off a freekick then Mikyle Francis Cole L. Lo secured a penalty shootout to the far post.

However, Sum-ag ES exhausted its defending might but John Patrick Arillo delivered the lucky seven and Toby Alingasa for cheery on the top goal.
