‘KaaLEAdo’ Brings Help to Quatro Distrito Affected by Kanlaon Volcano Eruption
Members of the “KaaLEAdo,” a group of individuals supporting the advocacies of former Department of Housing and Urban Development Assistant Secretary Engr. Lea Delfinado and her son Engr. Leo Carlo Napagao Delfinado, continues to bring help to residents of the 4th district of Negros Occidental affected by Monday’s eruption of Kanlaon Volcano.
Tuesday, Dec. 10, the nth birthday of Engr. Leo Carlo Napagao Delfinado, the team went out again and shared the day to help those affected by the eruption in Barangays Ilijan and Mailum in Bago City, and in Brgy. Ara-al, La Carlota City, bringing food packs and bread, water, face masks, and other needs that they can offer.
The Delfinados also offered prayers to the affected individuals, and vowed to continue to help within their means.* (TKA text & photos)
