BFP on alert, monitoring water level

Bacolod Ciy firefighters are monitoring water level at Mandalagan Bridge 1.

“Our dedicated firefighters under the leadership of FSUPT. JENNY MAE C. MASIP, City Fire Marshal and Shift A personnel under the direct supervision of FO3 Jed Antoni P. Cartagena, are conducting fire truck visibility and water level monitoring at Mandalagan Bridge 1 today, September 2, 2024,” the Bureau of Fire Protection in the city stated in its social media post.

“This initiative is part of the intensification of OPLAN PAGHALASA in response to Typhoon Enteng and the effects of the Southwest Monsoon. We are committed to ensuring the safety and preparedness of our community. Stay safe, Bacolod!,” it added.*
