Prov’l gov’t scholarship committee thumbs up grants

Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson presided over the Scholarship Committee Meeting and approved the Negros Occidental Scholarship Program (NOSP) results per category.

The province has a total of 1,276 scholars for the school year 2024 – 2025 in various schools and universities, enlisted in the following scholarship programs:
• PAGKAON Scholarship Grant
• PAGKAON – Food Technology
• PAGKAON – Degree Completion Scholarship
• District Educational Scholarship
• Degree Completion Scholarship
• Indigenous Peoples’ Scholarship
• Negros Occ. Provincial Medical and Nursing Scholarship
• Provincial Educational Assistance to Capitol Employees
• Best of Negros
• Scholarship for Persons with Disabilities
• Scholarship for Children of Non-Returning OFW’s
• Midwifery Scholarship
• Degree Completion Scholarship for OFWs
