Bacolod MassKara delegation to Italy thanks Mayor

Thank you Mayor Albee Benitez for bringing the Bacolod Masskara dancers to the world stage.

Thus said Atty. Caesar Z. Distrito, the mayor’s spokesman, echoing the Bacolod delegation to Italy’s expression of gratitude, in his social media post.

“Last year, they were also in New York, California, Hongkong, Taiwan & South Korea, and now in Italy. The Masskara dancers here (in Italy) are represented by Brgy. Granada. They are accompanied by several city and barangay officials as part of the Bacolod City delegation,” he said.

The delegation is headed by Councilor Jason Villarosa as chair of the Committee on Tourism and International Relations, and the other delegation members are Councilors Thaddy Sayson, Al Victor Espino, Simple Distrito, Celia Flor, Em Ang, Kap Nogi Vito, SK Federation Pres. Danna Marie Barzo, City Tourism Head Ma. Teresa Manalili, Kagawad Fifi Sayson, and Special Asst. to the Mayor Mae Cuaycong.*
