28th Panaad Festival set April 15-21

Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson announced today that the 28th Panaad sa Negros Festival will be on April 15 to 21.

Lacson said he has ordered Cheryl Decena, provincial tourism officer, and festival director to start meeting to prepare the budget and activities for the annual event.

Lacson said the provincial government subsidy for local government units joining the Panaad sa Negros Festival is P300,000 each the same as last year.

“We need the cooperation of all LGUs to make the Panaad successful,” he said.* (EYA)
