MISS SAN CARLOS 2023 WINNERS

Rio Calonia was crowned Miss San Carlos 2023 during the coronation night held at the City Auditorium in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, Friday night, November 3. Other winners are Jeramie Maasin, Miss Pintaflores and Reignne Nicole Yray as Miss Tourism.
