Alliah Janine Al Rashid of Cauayan crowned Lin-ay Sang Negros 2023

Lin-ay sang Cauayan, Alliah Janine Al Rashid, was crowned Lin-ay sang Negros 2023.

Governor Bong Lacson, together with Lin-ay sang Negros 2019 Roxanne Toleco, Miss Universe 2021 Top 5 Beatrice Luigi Gomez, and Miss Supranational 2022 Alison Black, presented the award to the newly-crowned Lin-ay during last night’s coronation.

Al Rashid received P80,000 cash, a full college scholarship for a year, P50,000 worth of Azta Salon Services for one year, and a round-trip international ticket courtesy of EGY Travel and Tours.

First runner up is Lin-ay sang Sagay, Jasmine Pesquera; 2nd runner-up is Lin-ay sang Don Salvador Benedicto, Ricah Alarcon; 3rd runner up is Lin-ay sang Hinigaran, Ma.
