San Carlos, Bacolod, Pontevedra booters to represent NegOcc in reg’l athletic meet

The 2023 Provincial Athletic Meet ended last April 2, 2023 and Area 1 Elementary Boys from San Carlos City reigned Champions with a 2-0 win battling against an equally trained and skilled Bacolod Team.

In the Secondary Boys Category, Team Bacolod engaged in a thrilling championship match against a strong San Carlos City team ending the match 1-0 in favor of Bacolod.

Pontevedra defended their spot as the 3-time defending Champions for Secondary Futsal Ladies with San Carlos City coming in as 1st Runner Up via most number of wins.

Here are the 2023 Provincial Meet Results | Football/Futsal Event: Elementary Football Boys from San Carlos City, Champion; Secondary Football Boys from Bacolod City, Champion; and Secondary Futsal Ladies from Pontevedra, Champion.

SCCNFC would like to congratulate all the participants especially the winners! Wishing everyone the best performances as they will represent Negros Occidental in the upcoming 2023 Regional Athletic Meet on April 24, 2023 in Aklan Province.
