City launches project for animal welfare

ALAGA.BCD a project launched by Bacolod City Mayor Albee Benitez together with different animal welfare advocates in the city.

This group will work together with the City Veterinary Office to address rabies vaccination, spaying and neutering, education campaigns and many others.

Mayor Albee not only envisions change in the lives of the people of Bacolod but he also wants to empower and encourage Bacolodnons to be the voice of our voiceless and neglected animals.* (Bacolod City PIO/BCD PIO)
