GSIS Bacolod conducts info drive at Toboso NHS

The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) in Bacolod conducted an Information Dissemination Program at Toboso National High School.

The February 7, 2023 forum was participated by active and retiring members of the school and as one of the programs for their annual Mid-Year In-Service Training for Teachers (INSET) for the school year 2022-2023 that aims for professional growth and development of the teachers in adherence to DepEd Office Order No. 34 s. 2022.

GSIS Bacolod Members Assistance Unit Team Leader Cristina Gosiaoco talked on the GSIS Mandate and the Retirement Laws and Benefits, while Ms. Melanie B. Balbuena, Staff Officer III of Billing and Collection Unit, talked on Loans and Privileges, highlighting the effects of account in-default to member’s retirement benefits.

Teachers are now updated on the latest GSIS Policies and Programs for their issues, concerns and other clarifications has been addressed during the open-forum.* (Rhandale M. Alojado)
