Talisay City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office – Emergency Medical Service (CDRRMO-EMS) personnel with E. B. Magalona Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management EMS personnel, had undergone the Bleeding Control Basic Training held at the DYA Filipinas headquarters, in Villamonte, Bacolod City.

Present during the activity were DYA Filipinas Volunteers: Dr Rowel A. Gerzon – Medical Director; Karlo Martin A. Gerasmo – Chief Operations and Training Officer; Wilbert Ambino – Administrative Staff; and members.

As part of Détente Y Ayuda (DYA) Filipinas’ educational and community outreach initiatives in support of the STOP THE BLEED program, free Stop the Bleed training will continue until the end of February.
