New LTO Bacolod office fully-operational on Feb. 6

The new office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) – Bacolod City in Sitio Manayaosayao in Brgy. Mansilingan (near Paglaum Village) will be fully operational on February 6, its chief, Renato Novero, said.

Novero said that right now they are accommodating registration at their office site donated by the provincial government of Negros Occidental.

“Internet connection as well as furniture and fixtures are already installed at the new facility,” he said.

Our licensing division will also transfer in a few days, Novero said.

He also said that on February 3 they will close down their operations at its Cottage Road location as they will transfer their server to the new site in Manayaosayao.

Novero also said that they are finalizing the schedule of the inauguration of the new LTO site which is either on February 21 or 22.

As to their old site at Cottage Road, the provincial government has plans to utilize it since it also belongs to the Capitol.* (EYA)
