SEC reminds all duly registered financing, lending corporations submission of necessary docus

The Securities and Exchange Commission – Bacolod Extension Office (SEC BACEO) reminds all duly registered financing and lending corporations who are commercial paper issuers to submit the Annual Information Sheet every 30th of January.

You may email your file to cgfd_md2@sec.gov.ph.All finance and lending corporations shall also submit an Impact Evaluation Report.

You may access the file at www.sec.gov.ph, go to Notices and open the notice “Corporate Governance and Finance Department – Financing and Lending Company Division Impact Evaluation Form” dated January 16, 2023.

The deadline for compliance is on February 6, 2023.
