Acclaimed Master Pianist back at SM City Bacolod Jan.19

Singaporean master pianist and London School Music alumna, Johnny Lum entertained SM City Bacolod’s mallgoers at the Bacolaodiat Pre-Launch over the weekend. More performances from the Master Pianist this week at SM as the Bacolaodiat Festival draws near.*

Master Pianist Johnny Lum from Singapore, who enthralled SM City Bacolod mallgoers over the Christmas season with a repertoire of holiday favorites is back at the mall to fill the north atrium with Chinese medleys. This is among the mall’s events to usher in the Year of the Rabbit this 2023.

To many who have heard him play, Johnny Lum is a piano virtuoso, used to describe one that displays exceptional and extraordinary abilities on the piano. During his formative musical years, he further honed his skills at the prestigious London College of Music. Hotels and music halls in Singapore and around Asia have had the honor of having Lum play at their venues, where all are wowed and moved by his performances.

How lucky for Bacolod’s music enthusiasts that he is now residing in Bacolod City! Lum imparts his knowledge and rubs off some of his talents to future prodigies by teaching music to selected students at his studio.

Sharing his music with a broader audience, Lum is back at SM City Bacolod as part of the mall’s exciting Chinese New Year 2023. During the Pre-Bacolaodiat launch at the mall over the weekend, Lum entertained crowds with lively Chinese medleys and other classics.
