DLSU booters trains in Bacolod, set friendlies vs Negros football clubs

The De La Salle University, Manila Collegiate Football Mens and Womens are on training camp in Bacolod starting January 3-11, 2023 and set friendlies at Panaad Stadium against invited Negros football clubs, in partnership with Abanse Negrense Sports Development Program.

On Wednesday the mens team advance against CHF Escalante with a 3-2 scoreline and womens team 11-1 ahead of Pontevedra FC booters.

Meanwhile, DLSU womens team will be defending their UAAP Season 81 3-peat title charging towards Season 85 under Coach Hans Peter Smith.

Among their ranks are home grown talents – MJ Villacin, Tenelyn Otom, Tejanee Marie Isulat, Christine Dale Pañares, Lyka Teves, Chenny Mae Dañoso and Pia Bolo.

Womens matches start 6:00AM, with mens team at 3:30PM. Football afficionados are welcome to support their local team as gates are open for public viewing.
