To maintain the tranquility and exclusiveness of the resort, rooms are only good for two persons but can add up to one extra person with extra fee. Walk-ins are not allowed except for those with confirmed reservations. It accepts private booking for up to 22 guests only.

Garden View Room

There are also three units of airconditioned Garden View Room on the first floor, each with a king-sized bed with bathroom amenities for two persons (tissue, shampoo and body wash), own deck area with seating for two persons and access to the garden and sea (1st floor only), bathroom towels for two persons beach towels for two persons, rain shower with hot and cold function, coffee and tea maker for two persons daily free housekeeping, and closet with hangers.

King Bird View Room

Amila Dive Beach Resort also has three units of airconditioned King Bird View Room on the second floor.

Each unit has a king-sized bed, bathroom amenities for two persons (tissue, shampoo and body wash), bathroom towels for two persons, beach towels for two persons, rain shower with hot and cold function, coffee and tea maker for two persons, dily free housekeeping, and closet with hangers.
